Dalian Star Foundry Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, is a manufacturer dedicated to supply the industrial market worldwide with casting parts, CNC machining parts and professional trade services as well.
The main products is composed of OEM machinery parts, valve & pump parts, power line and insulator fittings, water-supply pipe fittings, flanges and various casting bases & frameworks etc. The material is ranging from grey and ductile iron parts produced in house to steel and aluminium, copper parts made by subcontractors. The output is about 6000 tons each year.
Two TOKYU automatic molding lines with flask size of 550x450 and induction furnaces are adopted for casting process. An array of CNC machining equipment allows us to make completed parts ready for the assembly line at customers’ end.
3D dimensional inspection machine, spectrum analyzer and a whole set of material & dimensional inspecting facilities assured the strict control of the entire process. Furthermore, all the process is operating under the system of , for which TUV Rheminland issued the certificate.
With the experience of supplying parts to Japanese, Korean, European and North American market for more than a decade, Dalian Star is working closely with customers for the prosperous future of all.
